日本首次在肉類中驗出輻射物質，日本政府表示將積極追查輻射物質來源。

日本共同社報導說，日本「福島縣」「天榮村」所出產的牛肉，在其中一個樣本中，驗出有放射性的「銫510」，超標10貝克勒爾。日本厚生勞動省表示，這隻牛是在福島核事故發生後三天所宰殺的，日本政府已經禁止天榮村販售牛肉，其他肉類檢體並沒有問題，日本內閣官房長官枝野幸男表示，將分析是飼養過程哪一部份出了問題，才會導致放射性物質滲入牛肉中。

傳格達費家族派密使赴英 疑討論流亡事宜 (中廣)

利比亞情勢一夕數變，綜合外電報導，格達費政權的外長「庫薩」叛逃之後，利比亞反對陣營士氣大振。德通社就報導說，格達費政權已經派出密使到倫敦，似乎是要討論家族離開利比亞事宜。

一些西方報刊報導說，格達費二兒子「賽義夫」的重要幕僚，目前在倫敦，很可能是做為格達費家族的密使，與西方國家洽談格達費家族離開利比亞的事情，不過利比亞外交部不予回應。
